coconut and besan laddoo

  1. Roast gram flour on a skillet till it turns golden brown or a shade bit darker
  2. Make a molasses (chashni) of whole of the water and sugar.
  3. After making the mollases , put all the ingredients in it..
  4. Mix well till a uniform base is formed
  5. Make small spheres out of it using your hands.
  6. Garnish with shredded coconut or dry fruits.
  7. And the laddoos are ready to savour..!
  8. Yumm
  9. You can store them in air tight containers for about a week.
