coconut and besan laddoo
- 150 grams gram flour
- 150 grams ghee or marganine
- 150 grams sugar (granulated)
- 1 cup water
- 150 grams shredded coconut
- Roast gram flour on a skillet till it turns golden brown or a shade bit darker
- Make a molasses (chashni) of whole of the water and sugar.
- After making the mollases , put all the ingredients in it..
- Mix well till a uniform base is formed
- Make small spheres out of it using your hands.
- Garnish with shredded coconut or dry fruits.
- And the laddoos are ready to savour..!
- Yumm
- You can store them in air tight containers for about a week.
