Sparkling Shirley

  1. Combine sugar and food coloring.
  2. Dip champagne flutes in water and rim in sugar.
  3. Fill flutes 1/4 way with cranberry juice, then fill remainder with sparkling cider.
  4. Garnish each with a maraschino cherry.
