Barb Q Meatballs Recipe
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 med. onion
- 5-6 white crackers
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 12 ounce. chili sauce
- 4 ounce. grape jelly
- Put onion, crackers, lowfat milk and Large eggs in blender.
- Add in to hamburger with salt and pepper.
- If too dry add in more lowfat milk.
- Heat chili sauce and grape jelly to heat.
- Make small meatballs and pour sauce over raw meatballs.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
