Honey-Dijon Salmon with Creamy Cauliflower Mash

  1. Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 8 to 10 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, brush fish with half the mustard; place, mustard side down, in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Cook on medium-high heat 4 min.
  5. Turn fish; brush with remaining mustard.
  6. Cover; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  9. Drain cauliflower, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  10. Place cauliflower in blender.
  11. Add reserved water and cream cheese product; blend until smooth.
  12. Spoon into bowl; stir in half the onions.
  13. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
  14. Serve with fish.
