Spaghetti With Meat Sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) spaghetti noodles
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 pt. tomato juice
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 to 3 tsp. Italian seasoning
- dash of red pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook hamburger and onion in large pot until done.
- Add salt and pepper, tomato juice, tomato paste, whole tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, oregano, Italian seasoning, red pepper, parsley flakes and sugar.
- Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
