Crock Pot Fajita Chicken
- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken (already cooked, from the deli)
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet fajita seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen peppers and onions
- Remove skin from chicken and pull meat off the bones.
- Shred and throw into a bowl.
- Dissolve fajitas seasoning and garlic powder/salt in the lime juice.
- Pour mixture over chicken and mix to coat.
- Add chicken mixture, salsa, peppers and onions to the crock pot.
- Warm on low 3-4 hours, until heated through.
- Serve in tortillas with favorite toppings or on top of a salad.
