Crock Pot Fajita Chicken

  1. Remove skin from chicken and pull meat off the bones.
  2. Shred and throw into a bowl.
  3. Dissolve fajitas seasoning and garlic powder/salt in the lime juice.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken and mix to coat.
  5. Add chicken mixture, salsa, peppers and onions to the crock pot.
  6. Warm on low 3-4 hours, until heated through.
  7. Serve in tortillas with favorite toppings or on top of a salad.
