Dark Chocolate Cake
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup cocoa
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup canola oil
- 12 cup sour milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 cup boiling water
- 13 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 12-2 12 tablespoons milk
- 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa, vanilla, oil, milk and egg in large bowl.
- Add boiling water; stir to combine.
- Pour into 8" square pan.
- Bake at 350-degrees for 35 minutes.
- Beat remaining ingredients.
- Spread over cooled cake.
