Freezer Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients except sugar.
  2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients.
  5. Add oats and raisins.
  6. Divide dough into 4 parts.
  7. Shape each into a roll about 6 inches long and 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  8. Wrap in waxed paper.
  9. Freeze.
  10. To bake, slice about 1/4 inches thick.
  11. Place on greased baking sheet.
  12. Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  13. Makes 7 dozen cookies.
