Louisiana Cole Slaw Recipe

  1. In a pot, heat vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper to near boil.
  2. Stir in the corn oil.
  3. Add in sugar.
  4. Continue to stir till the sugar melts.
  5. Pour warm liquid over shredded cabbage, carrots, pepper and onion.
  6. Toss, cover and refrigeratefor 24 hrs.
