Tilapia with Mustard Cream Sauce
- 4 whole Tilapia Fillets (large Or 6 Smaller Ones)
- 1/2 teaspoons Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
- 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- Season the fish with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Add broth to the pan (or you could use white wine, too) and bring to a boil.
- Add mushrooms, cream and mustard.
- Simmer until thickened.
- Enjoy!
- I serve this with brown rice or couscous and asparagus.
