Herbed Pork Chops

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Rub over both sides of pork chops.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork chops.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
  6. Remove from the heat; drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
