Skillet Chili Con Queso
- 1- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 package (32 Oz. Size) Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Chili, No Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- Add milk into a skillet, then add all of the remaining ingredients.
- Place on stove over medium heat and bring to a bubble, then reduce heat to low and stir until well combined and heated through.
- Serve right away with tortilla chips.
- If keeping this out for extended period of time, put in a crockpot to keep warm.
