Hearty Beef Stew Crock Pot Recipe

• 2 pound stew beef, cut in 1" cubes
• 5 carrots, cut in 1" chunks
• 1 lg. onion, cut in chunks
• 3 stalks celery, sliced 1" chunks
• 2 lg. potatoes, cut in lg. chunks
• 1 lg. can tomatoes
• 1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
• 1 whole cloves or 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Put all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Cover and turn on high about 4 hrs or 8 hrs low.
