Chicken In Guilin Sauce
- 1 kg chicken ,cut into chunk
- 10 whole garlic without skin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup guilin sauce ( lee kum kee brand )
- 1 bunch spring onion and cherry tomato
- with oil in pan quick brown chicken and garlic then add sauce mix well and simner in low heat for full 15 minute dont open cover
- shake pan to coat chicken once a while
- For a well balances flavoured, ,,add sugar and mix well and simmer for another 2 minute cover lid then off heat add spring onion and serve top garnish
- SERVING OPTION
- Making do with Leftover shreded chicken in guilin sauce then serve as sandwich
