Blueberries & Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 3 to 4 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon or possibly more cinnamon
- Fill pie shell with blueberries.
- Don't overfill.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar with flour.
- Sprinkle flour mix over blueberries.
- Drizzle cream over all.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12 min, then bake at 300 degrees for approximately 45 min till thickened.
- Refrigerateif you like.
- (Can also use peaches instead of blueberries, or possibly a combination of both.)
