Easy Spritz Cookies Recipe

• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. soft butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Beat 1 egg in measuring c. and add in water, if needed, to make 1/4 c..
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt (that has been sifted together) alternating with the liquid (egg/water and vanilla).
4. Mix well and place in cookie press.
5. Using your favorite press, put cookies on an unbuttered cookie sheet.
6. Bake 10 to 12 min at 375 degrees.
7. Watch closely as they brown and burn fast.
8. Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
