Zesty Grilled Tuna with Fresh Tomato Topping

  1. Mix vinegar, wine, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the basil.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons of the dressing mixture with tomatoes and onion.
  4. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon basil.
  5. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; cover.
  6. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate.
  7. Drain; discard marinade.
  8. Place fish on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat.
  9. Gril or broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  10. Place on serving plates; top with tomato mixture.
