Creamed Chipped Beef Recipe
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 3 (3 ounce.) pkg. chipped beef
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- American cheese slices
- Cut up beef and frizzle in melted butter.
- Sprinkle flour over beef and stir.
- Add in lowfat milk and stir till thickened.
- Top with American cheese slices; heat and stir.
- Serve on toast or possibly baked potatoes.
- Serves 4.
