Skillet Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 12 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 12 cup water
- 2 cups cabbage
- In large skillet, saute onion with butter, when onions become clear add ground meat to skillet seasoning with cajun seasoning.
- When meat is browned stir in cooked rice, topped with cabbage, can of Rotel tomatoes and water.
- Cover and cook on medium low heat for 20 - 30 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
