Okara Fried Rice
- 75 grams Cooked white rice
- 75 grams Fresh okara
- 20 grams Carrot
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 1 Egg
- 15 grams Chirimen jako
- 1/3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Sesame oil
- Put the okara in the frying pan and cook it until crumbly (but don't grease the pan).
- Mince the carrot and finely chop the scallion.
- Combine the rice and beaten egg in a bowl.
- Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan.
- Add Step 2 and the chirimen jako and lightly cook.
- Then add Steps 1 and 3.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
