Almondigas (Meat Balls With Rice Vermicelli Recipe

  1. To the pork and shrimp, add in minced onion, egg and seasoning.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Saute/fry the garlic and onion and add in the chicken stock pwdr wtih 3 c. of water and bring to boil.
  4. Drop the meat balls one by one into the stock.
  5. When cooked add in misua (rice vermicelli) and season to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
