Cook Once, Eat Twice Slow-Cooker Italian Sausage
- 2 jars (24 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 2 pkg. (1 lb. each) JOHNSONVILLE Italian Sausage
- 2 green pepper, cut into strips
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Italian Herb Cooking Creme
- 5 submarine rolls, split
- Mix spaghetti sauce and 2 Tbsp.
- cheese in slow cooker.
- Add sausages; stir gently until evenly coated.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 hours).
- Add vegetables and cooking cream; cook, covered, 30 min.
- Place 5 sausage links in rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Cool remaining sausages and sauce.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
