Sausage cheese and jalapeno egg wrap
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz bulk sausage, I used Odoms Tennessee Pride
- 33 grams shredded cheddar cheese sharp
- 1/3 cup jalapenos I used pickled
- Fry your sausage, when done move to a plate.
- Take your eggs and beat them.
- Get a large pan with a lid if no lid use aluminum foil.
- Get the pan hot I use non stick pan for this.
- Pour your eggs into pan rolling to get an even coat and thickness.
- Add water.
- Cover remove from heat.
- After sitting covered for 2 minutes add sausage, cheese, and jalapenos.
- Fold the sides in, gently like a burrito.
- Then roll it up cut inhalf serve, hope you enjoy!
