  1. Add the roasted cumin powder to the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Mix in salt, peppercorns and fresh cream.
  3. Whisk well.
  4. Add chopped fruits and veggies.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve chilled, sprinkled with red chilli powder as an accompaniment to chicken and vegetarian curry dishes.
