Turkey Cheddar Burgers

  1. Heat a nonstick ridgepan over medium low heat.
  2. Combine turkey, zucchini, cheese, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 4 patties.
  5. Cook patties until browned outside and no longer pink in the center, about 7 minutes on each side.
  6. Meanwhile, mix together ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  7. Put burgers on the buns.
  8. Top with ketchup mixture.
  9. Serve.
