Thai Chicken Salad

  1. Whisk first 8 ingredients together with 2 Tb water.
  2. Set Aside.
  3. Whisk dressing to recombine and add the next 6 ingredients.
  4. Toss.
  5. Top each salad with chicken and peanuts.
