Vodka Cream Sauce with Fresh tomato
- 4 large fresh ripe tomato
- 1 shallot
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tbsp brown sauce powder
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- Boil water,add little salt ,use knife to cut on top and bottom of tomato ,boil about 5 mins ,take it out ,then shock in iced water,peel ,take out seeds ,finely chop ,set aside ( sorry,potato jump in to the pot ,forget it haha)
- Chop garlic,slice onion
- Heat sauce pan on low,add olive oil ,brown garlic and shallot
- Add chopped tomato,stir ,let it simmer
- Add italian seasoning ,brown sauce powder ,,add whipping cream ,milk,let it simmer until a littel bit thickness
- Add vodka ,stir,taste ,and seasoning with salt and pepper ,add chopped fresh parsley,butter,stir to mix then heat off,this sauce good for pasta,i use to top with my butter lemon fish :)
