Bacon Cheese Log Appetizer
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Process VELVEETA and cream cheese in food processor until well blended; transfer to medium bowl.
- Stir in bacon, onions and 2 Tbsp.
- parsley.
- Place on large piece of plastic wrap.
- Roll into log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove plastic wrap.
- Roll log in remaining parsley; sprinkle with paprika.
