Coffee Bourbon Dipping Sauce for Steak
- 3 cups strong brewed GEVALIA Kaffe, Medium Roast
- 1 cup bourbon
- 2 cups light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1-1/3 cups soy sauce
- 1/2 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan until well blended.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until reduced slightly, stirring occasionally.
- (Sauce will still be thin.)
- Cool to room temperature.
- Serve with grilled steak.
