Hit the Trail Bars

  1. Spray an 8x8-inch glass dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine oats, brown sugar, cranberries, peanuts and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  3. Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Warm the honey in the microwave for 5 seconds to thin it out a little.
  5. Pour honey over all ingredients, stirring well to incorporate.
  6. Pat mixture into prepared pan and microwave for 6 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  8. These keep for a week without refrigeration.
  9. Makes 9 bars.
