The Crunchy Caramel Protein Shake
- 8 ounces skim milk (1% milk or soymilk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as Unjury or Jay Robb's)
- 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon sugar free caramel syrup (such as Starbucks sugar-free caramel latte syrup)
- handful ice
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, blending until smooth.
- Add more ice if desired.
- Enjoy your protein shake cold and frothy!
