Cream Crowdie

  1. Mix in bowl rolled oats, whiskey and honey.
  2. Marinate overnight, covered in refrigerator.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and 2 cups (475 ml) fruit.
  5. Stir in oatmeal reserve.
  6. Place mixture into wine glasses and top with fruit.
  7. Decorate with extra whipping cream.
