Homemade Italian Sauce Recipe

  1. Brown chop meat in little extra virgin olive oil, in large pot - drain; set aside.
  2. Brown sausage in extra virgin olive oil, don't drain.
  3. Add in all ingredients and chop meat.
  4. Stir well and simmer low for 3 hrs.
  5. Freezes well.
