Apple Kandycake
- 3 cups large dice fresh Apples
- 1 lrg. bowl Water with 1 tbs Lemon juice added.
- 1/4 cup packed Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup melted Butter
- Cut apples and keep in lemon water until all are chopped.
- Drain.
- Mix apples and brown sugar in 9" pan sprayed with Pam
- Mix dry ingredients in med.
- bowl.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Mixture will be pasty.
- Spread mixture on apples with fingers, leaving some open spots.
- Pour butter over top.
- BAKE IN 375 oven for 45 mins.
- until well browned.
- Serve warm or ala mode.
