Apple Kandycake

  1. Cut apples and keep in lemon water until all are chopped.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix apples and brown sugar in 9" pan sprayed with Pam
  4. Mix dry ingredients in med.
  5. bowl.
  6. Add egg and mix well.
  7. Mixture will be pasty.
  8. Spread mixture on apples with fingers, leaving some open spots.
  9. Pour butter over top.
  10. BAKE IN 375 oven for 45 mins.
  11. until well browned.
  12. Serve warm or ala mode.
