Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

1. Beat all ingredients except COOL WHIP in large bowl with mixer until blended.
2. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
3. Refrigerate 30 min.
