Chicken Mexicana Recipe

  1. Wash chicken; dry; split.
  2. Brown in salad oil.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Blend flour with salad oil in pan.
  5. Slice onion; add in with tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili pwdr; heat.
  6. Add in chicken.
  7. Cover; simmer 1 hour and 15 min.
  8. Serve on rice.
  9. Serves 4.
