Simple! Fluffy and Moist French Toast
- 2 slice Sliced bread
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 or 3 drops Vanilla essence/extract
- 1 Butter
- 1 Maple syrup
- Add the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well until the egg white membrane is broken and the mixture is smooth!
- Cut the bread slices in half.
- Soak both sides of the bread in the mixture from Step 1.
- Once most of the mixture has been absorbed, melt some butter in a frying pan.
- Slowly fry the bread on medium-low heat until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
- Once fried, transfer to a plate.
- Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
