Cajun Style Smoked Turkey Necks
- 1 packages Smoked Turkey Necks
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 garlic salt w/ parsley
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cajun seasoning
- 1 seasoning salt
- 1 hot water
- 1 chopped parsley
- 1 lemon pepper
- Rinse package of smoked turkey necks.
- Place them in deep baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Sprinkle seasoning salt, garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, red pepper and parsley on both sides of turkey necks (Season to your liking).
- Coat with Italian dressing.
- Cut butter into pieces and lay on top of turkey necks.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Add water half covering necks.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- You will have to check and turn every 15 mins until tender.
- If not seasoned to your liking add more before the hour is up basting as you go to keep moist.
- Goes good with any sides.
