Chili Rellenos Bake Recipe
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound Jack cheese, grated
- 2 c. whole green chilis, minced
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 7 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon flour
- Toss chilis and cheeses in a 9x12 pan.
