Grilled Steak Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with chili powder.
  3. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  4. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  5. Remove from grill; cover loosely with foil.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, toss greens with tomatoes, onions and olives; place on serving platter.
  8. Place dressing and avocados in blender; cover.
  9. Blend until smooth.
  10. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place over salad.
  11. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
  12. Serve with the crackers.
