Triple threat salsa
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 golden habaneros
- 6 serrano peppers
- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 1 red onion
- 2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz white vinegar
- 2 tbsp ground sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Coursely chop tomatoes, all peppers (leaving seeds in) and the onion.
- Place all veggies in food processor along with the lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Blend in food processor until the desired texture is achieved.
- Place your fire salsa in jars and process accordingly.
- The bright colors make it look nice but you can see almost every individual ingredient having a party.
