Teriyaki Beef Skewers
- 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (plus More To Oil Grill Pan)
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 12 whole Bamboo Skewers
- First, cut off any obvious/large fat from your steak, and then slice the steak into 1-inch strips.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, teriyaki sauce, garlic, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and ginger and stir to combine well.
- Put the steak strips into the bowl, and toss well to evenly coat.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and oil it with some olive oil.
- Turn on the overhead fan!
- While the grill heats up, thread a piece of meat onto each skewer, lengthwise.
- When the grill is very hot, put the meat on and grill for 3 minutes on each side to cook through.
- Then cook for another minute or two, turning often, to carmelize the sugar/marinade.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
