Butter Fried Rice
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 100 grams butter
- 1 shallots,finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 carrots,dice
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 bunch spring onion,chopped
- On medium heat,add butter,brown shallots,add dided carrots ,2mins keep stiring
- Crack eggs in,let it almost set ,scrambles ,add rice
- Seasoning ,stir evenly ,5 mins stir to let it hot through ,heat off
- Chopped spring onion,springkles on top ,serve as side dish,or serve as Thai style fried rice for main meal :)
