Shepherds Pie
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Marjoram (generous)
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander (generous)
- 1/4 teaspoons Rosemary (generous)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Frozen Peas, Corn, Or Green Beans (Your Preference)
- 3/4 cups Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
- 4 cups Leftover Mashed Potatoes (See Note Below)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 1.
- Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
- Add soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and spices.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Spread ground beef mixture in the bottom of an 8x11 or 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 3.
- Spread the frozen peas, corn or green beans over the ground beef.
- (It really depends on your preference as far as vegetables go.)
- 4.
- Fold shredded cheddar into leftover mashed potatoes.
- Spread mashed potatoes over vegetables.
- Place the baking dish in the 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Note: If you do not have leftover mashed potatoes you will need approximately 6-8 yukon gold potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup whole milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
