Fresh Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Shred the thin sliced deli turkey, cube the mushrooms, cube the tomato, and crumble the feta cheese all into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the dressing and toss all together.
  3. Set aside in fridge.
  4. Slice the bell peppers in half and hollow out the seeds.
  5. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture.
  6. Serve cold.
