Pineapple Lemon Cream Cake Recipe
- 1 (1 pound 4 1/2 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 5/8 ounce.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
- 1 env. Dream Whip, fix according to pkg. directions
- Make a lemon cake fold in 2 (8-inch) layer pans.
- Cold thoroughly.
- Cook pineapple and pudding (add in nothing else) in heavy pan over medium heat till very thick and translucent/soft.
- Remove from heat; cold and refrigeratewell.
- Add in Dream Whip and mix well.
- Spread generously between layers and on top.
