Alaska Cod With Greek Walnut Salsa Recipe

  1. Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Saute/fry in oil in a non-stick or possibly heavy saute/fry pan over medium-high heat till fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
  3. To serve, divide cod between serving plates and top proportionately with salsa.
  4. Greek Walnut Salsa: Mix together all ingredients except walnuts till well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper; stir in walnuts just before serving.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
