Jako and Daikon Radish Salad (Mentaiko and Mayo Sauce)
- 7 cm Daikon radish
- 5 stick Watercress
- 3 tbsp Chirimen jako
- 1 small sac Mentaiko
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Dry roast the chirimen jako in a skillet and let it cool.
- Cut the daikon radish into rectangular slices.
- Combine the ingredients, salt and pepper and set it aside.
- Rinse the watercress.
- Toss the ingredients right before serving.
- Mix the daikon radish with the mentaiko and mayo dressing.
- Add the chirimen jako and toss well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with bonito flakes.
- Serve with watercress on the side.
