Veal & Crab (Arrabbiata) Recipe

  1. Add in oil to saute/fry pan.
  2. Heat.
  3. Dredge veal in flour, brown lightly in oil.
  4. Add in anchovies and red pepper, cook 2 min.
  5. Add in crab, white wine, cook 2 min.
  6. Add in marinate.
  7. Simmer 5 min.
  8. Cook cavatelli per directions.
  9. Pour veal and crab over cavatelli.
  10. Serves 1.
