Veal & Crab (Arrabbiata) Recipe
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounce. veal cutlet
- 3 ounce. crab meat
- Flour
- 1 ounce. white wine
- 2 anchovy filets
- Crushed red pepper to taste
- 4 ounce. marinara sauce
- 8 ounce. raw cavatelli per order
- Add in oil to saute/fry pan.
- Heat.
- Dredge veal in flour, brown lightly in oil.
- Add in anchovies and red pepper, cook 2 min.
- Add in crab, white wine, cook 2 min.
- Add in marinate.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Cook cavatelli per directions.
- Pour veal and crab over cavatelli.
- Serves 1.
