Little Italy

• ice
• 2 oz. rye
• 1/2 oz. Cynar
• 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
• 2 maraschino cherries

1. Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the rye, Cynar and vermouth and stir vigorously.
3. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered cherries.
